For most of my adult life the holidays have been tough time of year, and I tend to have moments where I am sad and go down a negative path, feeling stuck or at least not where I thought I would be at this point in my life. But the end of the year is also a great time for reflection, gratitude and an opportunity to recognize the awesome events that have happened over the last few months.

Back in the month of November, I was doing my daily (or rather nightly) social media stalking. All CMO's do that and if they tell you they don't, they either are lying or they don't know how to do their jobs! I stumbled upon FitLo Denver's Facebook page and I was intrigued.
Sometimes you find yourself and your inner strength in the oddest places – for example a dude ranch.
When people asked me how I got to Colorado, the snarky answer is “Well, I drove over 2,000 miles.” The short, non-snarky answer is “a bad break-up.”
