Bohemian Comfort - Authentic and true immersive experience! Sleep in tents, eat simple, delicious and healthy food and get cozy and intimate with your fellow Betties! Might have to arrange somethings on your own such as ground transportation or do a more extensive preparation than you might in other trip styles*
Convenient Comfort – Minimum effort on your part! Sleep in a room which you might share with one other Betty, eat prepared meals that are hearty and healthy and prepare minimally as the rest is provided. In most cases, ground transportation is included*
Luxury Comfort - Just show up and the rest is covered. Sleep with comfort in a nice bed with luxury linen, eat gourmet food, drink wonderful wine and get plenty of rest before your full day of adventure. Ground transportation is included and all of your gear is provided*
*Air transportation is not included in Bold Betties adventures
This is a great entry level trip for newcomers or Betties looking build confidence outdoors. Expect 2-5 hours of activity a day on mostly flat or slightly hilly terrain with the occassional steep and/or uneven trail. You'll travel approximately 4-6 miles per day and experience moderate elevation/altitude changes.
Moderately difficult featuring more hills and mountain terrain, but still accessible for Betties inexperienced in outdoor adventure. Expect 4-6 hours of activity covering up to 10 miles a day. Expect steep and uneven trails and altitudes up to 10,000 ft.
Challenging adventures for Betties who are fit adventurers and possess a basic skill set for the outdoors. Expect 5-8 hours of activity per day over a variety of exposed terrain and steep uneven trails. Distances up to 12 miles per day and altitudes up to 14,000 ft.
Designed for the most experienced Betties who are do adventures on a regular basis. You'll be taken to remote locations over exposed, uneven and challenging terrain, requiring 10+ hours of activity per day and distances of 12+ miles. Altitudes could exceed 14,000 ft.

Friday, October 25:
Day 1 begins with a 9:00 AM pickup time at the meeting location. You’ll need to be on the ground by 8:00 AM to make sure everything runs smoothly! Our guides will meet you with the van and you’ll be on your way to that red rock desert! Enjoy the downtime in the van with your new friends while you relax and watch the scenery change! In Helper, UT, you’ll stop for lunch before continuing to camp!
At camp, your guides will provide you with a quick orientation and then you’ll be whisked away on your first official Bold Betties Activities! Tonight, it’s hiking and yoga, to help you decompress from the van ride. Take deep breaths, watch the Alpen Glow come to life, and get your mind ready for the adventures to come! Dinner tonight is family style and served by the campfire!

Saturday, October 26
Wake up early for a group breakfast and to see the surrounding area bathed in that golden morning light! You’ll pack your lunches and head out for a day of Canyon hiking and Orienteering! Orienteering is the art of using a map and compass to navigate the wilderness and it is a crucial skill! Our guides will teach you everything you need to know!
That evening, you’ll enjoy a group dinner and campfire while you share your takeaways from the day before! S’mores and starlight, good friends and a great fire will have you sleeping like a log!

Sunday, October 27
After a much needed night of sleep, you'll enjoy a beautiful breakfast at camp! You'll pack your lunches and get geared up for a quintessential Moab day of climbing and rappelling!
These routes will be great for all skill levels and you'll find yourself surrounded with some of the most positive cheerleaders a gal could ask for! This is the chance to push through your fears while feeling totally supported and encouraged!
You'll stand at the edge of a cliff, roped up and harnessed in. Your guides will be by your side while your fellow adventurers cheer you on. Deep breath, lean back, and go. Blue skies above and red rock all around you, you'll descend to the bottom where high fives and snacks await! Enjoy your newfound confidence and shaky legs while you celebrate!
That night you'll have another delicious camp dinner prepared by your guides and a chance to share your favorite moments from your day of being a bad ass Moab rock climber!

Monday, October 28
It's Monday everywhere else, but here in Moab it is Mountain Biking Day! You and your guides will get outfitted with bikes and helmets and then you're off! This route is great for all skill levels, and beginners will fit in perfectly! Your guides will make sure understand your bike, the route, and everything else you need to know!
After Mountain Biking, the final adventure will begin for those who choose to accept it!
SkyDive Moab is famous among adventurers across the world and now you have a chance to take advantage of their truly incredible offerings!
For those who choose to sky dive, you'll have your own cheering section rooting for you from the ground!
After Sky Diving, you'll head into town for a much deserved dinner at a local establishment!
That night will be your last campfire and a chance to soak in every last second in this beautiful place.

Tuesday, October 29
Wake up to your last incredible breakfast in Moab and load up the van! Today, it's time to say our goodbyes and head back to Salt Lake City!

Participants are welcome to arrive in Moab on their own if they choose to do so. There is no price break given for those who choose not to take the group transportation.
All arriving flights should arrive no later than 8am on the first day to allow for transport to the pick up location.
All departing flights should depart no earlier than 8pm on the last day, to allow for transport to the drop off location.
No flights should be purchased until the trip has been 100% confirmed!
We can accommodate most dietary restrictions! But we need to know ASAP! As soon as your trip is confirmed, we will send you a registration link to give us all of that info!
Minimum Number of Participants:
If the minimum number of participants isn’t reached by September 22, the trip will be cancelled and all purchases will be refunded, including the non-refundable deposit.
This adventure must be confirmed by The Bold Betties Team before purchasing any airfare. We will confirm it to participants via email as soon as we reach five participants. September 22nd is the cut off.
Bold Betties does not require trip insurance, however we highly recommend it. While we don't sell it, we are happy to help get you on the right track!
If adventure is cancelled before September 1, it is fully refundable, less the deposit.
If adventure is cancelled after September 1, it is non-refundable.
*Please note: if the minimum number of participants is not met by August 22, the trip will be cancelled and all payments will be refunded, including the deposit.
While it is our intention at Bold Betties to adhere to the event as described, there is a certain amount of flexibility built into the itinerary and on occasion it may be necessary, or desirable to make alterations. The itinerary is brief, as we never know exactly where our journey will take us. Due to the nature of Bold Betties events, adventuring and travel can be unpredictable. Our itinerary overview is a general guide regarding the event and any mention of specific destinations or wildlife is by no means a guarantee that they will be visited or encountered. These changes can be made with regards to safety, attendee capabilities, time constraints, weather and various other reasons. You are solely responsible for arriving to the meeting place on time. In the event of a delay, it is up to you to make alternative arrangements. Any additional costs incurred is your responsibility. Refunds will not be given due to missed connections, canceled flights, weather, or any other delays or unforeseen circumstances.
